Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) seeks a Painter Multi-Skilled Operative to join its team.
You should be a qualified painter and you will be expected to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Organisation. This will include routine and reactive repairs, change of tenancy repairs in void properties, however other categories of repairs and minor works will also be required in the Organisation’s properties and offices. Experience of multiskilled works such as basic joinery, basic plumbing and tiling would be desirable.
You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and enthusiasm for your work and you should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team of multi-skilled operatives. Some evening and weekend work will be required to meet the needs of the service. Whilst KHA's Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will work at any of its properties or staff bases throughout East Central Scotland Perth and its surrounding areas.
- A van, some tools and testing equipment will be provided. A current and valid driving licence is essential.
- You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
