    News/Events Category: General News

SCVO, funded by Fife Council is working with third sector employer organisations to create a range of paid work experience for unemployed individuals in Fife, who are 25+ years of age, more disadvantaged in the jobs market, havebeen out of work for 12 months or more and are not currently engaged in training or education.

Each opportunity will offer 25 to 30 hours per week, pay at least the National Minimum Wage rate for the person’s age, starting at £6.86/hr or the Real Living Wage of £9.90 and will last 26 weeks.

View all the opportunities that are currently recruiting here along with details on the eligibility requirements.

Along with Department for Work and Pensions and Skills Development Scotland, referrals to opportunities can also be made by organisations currently working with individuals.

Contact Francis Harkin, on 0141 739 3870 or [email protected] for access to referral documents.

SCVO want to offer a variety of these funded opportunities available across the whole of Fife, with all created and filled by the end of September.

If your organisation could create an opportunity, find out more here!
