It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local service providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.

Reflective practice is a corner stone for both managers and frontline staff when working in complex, dynamic and always different situations – whatever your sector and whatever your service. But what exactly does it mean?

At this session Dorothy McLaughlin of Collective Leadership Scotland will introduce us to:

    • Defining reflective practice – what it is, and what it is not
    • The key principles of reflective practice, and what can derail it
    • Tools and techniques to support reflective practice for managers and frontline staff
