Reflective practice is a corner stone for both managers and frontline staff when working in complex, dynamic and always different situations – whatever your sector and whatever your service. But what exactly does it mean?
At this session Dorothy McLaughlin of Collective Leadership Scotland will introduce us to:
- Defining reflective practice – what it is, and what it is not
- The key principles of reflective practice, and what can derail it
- Tools and techniques to support reflective practice for managers and frontline staff
