    Hours: Part-Time 21 hours per week

    Salary: £26,000 pro rata (£15,600)

    Location: Glenrothes

    Home-Start Glenrothes is looking for an enthusiastic Co-ordinator who can support its Manager to deliver a family support service to vulnerable families in the Glenrothes area. The person must be passionate about supporting families in the families' home providing tailored and non-judgemental support. The families are supported through a combination of support workers, volunteers and group work.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • An understanding of the needs of families with young children.
    • Experience of supporting families.
    • Experience of managing and supporting volunteers.
    • Networking experience.
    • A driving license and use of a car.
