Salary: £22,000- £29,000. Potential to earn up to 29,000 subject to experience.
Location: Fife (Home based with travel across the area)

VoiceAbility is an independent charity and one of the UK's largest providers of advocacy and involvement services. It has an exciting opportunity for an Advocate in Fife, to deliver and develop Social Security Scotland Advocacy. Your role will be home-based for telephone referrals and administrative tasks, and you will travel around your area to meet the demands of the service which includes networking with providers for signposting opportunities. Some areas may include remote locations without easy access to public transport; therefore, access to other forms of transport may be required. This could be in a client's own homes and other suitable community venues across the Fife area.
VoiceAbility is ready to support candidates to achieve excellent Advocacy Standards and gain advocacy experience. You may have some experience of working, supporting, or caring for adults or young people who have multiple support need, ideally for those with a variety of communication needs, mental ill health, physical health issues, or barriers to accessing education, training, benefits, employment, care and support.
