    Post: Development Officer

    Salary: £30,000 per annum, pro rata

    Hours: Part-time post, hours to be discussed at interview

    Contract: Initially until 31 March 2023, up to 2 years extension subject to Scottish Government’s annual funding confirmation.

    Cupar Development Trust is seeking a highly motivated individual for the post of Development Officer. You will provide professional support and advice to CDT’s Board, Sub-Committees, Staff, and Volunteers, and work with other organisations with which CDT is collaborating in pursuit of key activities across Cupar & District.

    In this exciting role, you will have a crucial influence on the delivery of

    • Planning and implementing selected projects
    • Supporting the efforts of groups and individuals to bring about community improvement
    • Building partnerships with agencies able to access resources to intervene in community development.
    • Promoting community capacity building.
    • Initiating and supporting social enterprise.
