    News/Events Category: General News

LinkLiving is launching an exciting new health and wellbeing programme in Falkirk and Fife for 16–19-year-olds.

The aim of Moving On Up is to support young people to learn new skills, build confidence and realise their goals for the future.

Young people will receive support from a dedicated project worker for a period of up to 52 weeks, who will provide tailored support covering mental health, resilience, and life skills.

The team is running the programme in Falkirk at Link Academy and in Fife at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, where there will be a range of activities, group work and 1-2-1 support.

Please see this poster with further information along with the referral form.

If you would like further information on what is involved, to talk to a member of the team or to make a referral then, please contact Catherine Sim (Link Academy Admin Coordinator) by calling 01324 466 860 or via e-mail [email protected]
