    Post: Programme Manager

    Hours: 28 hours (0.8 equivalent)

    Salary: £35,342 to £36,342 per annum pro rata + 6% contribution to pension scheme

    Greener Kirkcaldy is recruiting for a Programme Manager to join its team. You will lead and support Project Managers and Coordinators to deliver operational objectives and you will play a lead role in quality management and impact evaluation across the organisation.

    Greener Kirkcaldy's work is diverse and includes programmes of action on climate change and food insecurity. Its team delivers projects, events and skills training to meet the needs and goals of local people - working towards a future where everyone can live better and tread more lightly on our planet. It is based in the heart of Kirkcaldy, with a community building, bike shop and gardens.  The Programme Manager will support four teams, which deliver a range of grant-funded projects and social enterprise (income-generating) activities. The post-holder will also play an organisation-wide role, leading initiatives to improve operational and quality management policies and systems, and impact evaluation.
