  • Kindred Fife receives grant towards supporting parent mental health

    Created: 22/04/2022

Kindred’s Fife service is delighted that its project has been supported by the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund through Fife Voluntary Action and Scottish Government, with a grant of £3,000.

This amount will go towards improving the mental health and wellbeing of parents of children with complex needs in Fife through the provision of independent counselling for the parents most in need this next year.

Please note for parent carers to be eligible for the service, Kindred Fife would expect their child to qualify for high rate Child Disability Payment (Disability Living Allowance).
