    Hours: 35 hours per week

    Salary: £23,674 - £24,406 per annum

    Fife Young Carers seeks to recruit a Young Carers Advocacy Worker to join its team. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a Peer Leadership project. You will support young carers to become Peer Leaders through training and development opportunities. You will support this team of Peer Leaders to recruit other young carers to develop projects based on their experiences of caring while learning skills relating to teamwork and project management.

    This exciting pilot is designed to support young carers to become leaders now and in the future. The post holder will be required to work some evening and possible weekends. This is a pilot project initially funded for 1 year.

    Own transport is essential. Hours are worked flexibly but you should expect to work some evenings and weekends on a regular basis.
