Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. It has plans for a significant expansion of its housing stock over the next five years. Working within the Housing Management Team, you will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and to provide assistance in the selection and allocation of properties in line with the organisation's Allocation Policy. This includes assisting the Housing/Lead Officers to provide a comprehensive Housing Management Service and other Estate Management duties. This role involves competing deadlines, being confident in multiple IT systems, administration work and being accountable for your area of work. Teamwork is key to achieving objectives so you should be willing to work together to share experience and support.
You will have an SVQ 3 in Customer Service/Housing, equivalent qualification or equivalent experience, you should have excellent administration, organisational and customer care skills and be able to work on your own initiative. You should have a minimum of two years experience within a customer focussed role. Some knowledge or experience of social housing legislation and regulations would be beneficial but not essential.
