For Round 2 in 2022 only, the charity's operating income and operating expenditure must be a minimum of £2 million. In other years, the minimum income/expenditure for Round 2 is £1 million. There is no maximum income or expenditure.
Who can apply
The Trust only awards grants to organisations registered with the Charity Commission (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or OSCR, or exempt from registration.
For Rounds 1 and 3, the charity's income and operating expenditure must be between £100,000 and £2 million (this maximum is for 2022 only, normal maximum is £1 million.)
For Round 2 in 2022, the charity's operating income and operating expenditure must be a minimum of £2 million. There is no maximum income or expenditure.
For Round 4, the charity's operating income and operating expenditure must be a minimum of £1 million. There is no maximum income or expenditure.
