    If you're a young person who would like a calmer home life, join Cyrenians Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution 16:15 on Tuesday 03 May, for a free 45-minute online event about ‘Understanding Emotions’. Following the informal but informative 45-minute session, you will be able to:

    • Make a connection between the emotional state of being anxious and afraid and your experiences
    • Understand some of the science behind anxiety and fear, and will be better to be able to positively deal with these difficult feelings and emotions
