    Young Women Lead is a 6-month leadership programme run by YWCA Scotland for young women and non-binary people - who are comfortable in women-centred spaces - aged 16 – 30 and provides a unique and exciting safe space to share their experiences and work together to create real tangible change. 

    Young Women Lead will consist of up to 30 young people under 30 who are living in Fife. 

    Young people will be working together on a project to enact change within their communities as well as developing friendships, building confidence, and adding to their CV.

    Travel expenses and lunch are covered by YWCA.
