  • Pandemic communications - how can this improve?

    Created: 16/03/2022
    News/Events Category: General News

The Scottish Government Pandemic Response team is looking at how it can improve the way it issues guidance and communicates with the social care sector, in relation to the pandemic. The team is particularly interested in getting the perspective of care at home, supported housing and day service providers.

If you have an opinion on how guidance and updates have been communicated, and what would help make it better, the team is keen to hear from you.  Attached are a set of questions that you could answer.  Equally, feel free to pass on your feedback on how things work now, and your ideas for how things could be improved.

Send your responses to [email protected] or [email protected]
