  • ENABLE Works - First Steps course for employability

    ENABLE Works deliver 1:1 tailored support through the First Steps programme. First Steps is tailored to meet the needs of individuals from 16 years old and is delivered throughout Fife.

    A qualified Supported Employment Coordinator will get to know individuals and work with them to create a personalised action plan which will support clients to:

    • Bring them closer to employment;
    • Increase their confidence;
    • establish a routine;
    • approach employability skills at a pace that suits them.

    ENABLE Works will signpost to specialist support agencies if required, and work in partnership with other support agencies to ensure the highest multi-agency support. Support is currently delivered remotely.
