Location: Glenrothes, Fife (travel may be required)
Funded by: Fife Gingerbread until March 2023 with a view to sustaining the post from April onwardsFife Gingerbread is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join its leadership team. This is an exciting new post within the organisation focused on supporting our staff, project development, improving family experience, and a collaborative partnership approach. We are looking for an individual with experience in early years and family support with great coaching skills.
**Fife Gingerbread is currently following government guidelines around COVID-19 using a blended model of support and will discuss this further at the interview stage.**
