    Role: Project Coordinator

    Salary: £31,550 pro-rata
    Hours: 30-36 hours per week (to be agreed with successful applicant)
    Location: Glenrothes, Fife (travel may be required)
    Funded by: Fife Gingerbread until March 2024

    Fife Gingerbread is looking for a dynamic and experienced Coordinator to join its leadership team. This is an exciting new post to lead on the design, development and implementation of a new initiative. The post-holder will have great partnership working skills with a focus on relationships, co-production and collaboration. They will have experience working with individuals, understand the complex challenges facing lone parents and take a strengths based approach to their work. They will have an ambitious and innovative approach.

    **Fife Gingerbread is currently following government guidelines around COVID-19 using a blended model of support and will discuss this further at the interview stage.**
