  • Social Security Scotland Charter Survey

    Created: 25/02/2022
    News/Events Category: General News

Social Security Scotland have launched a short survey that gives you a chance to tell them about your experience of working with Social Security Scotland over the past year.

This will help Social Security Scotland to understand if we are delivering the commitments of the Social Security Scotland Charter and what improvements they can make.

The survey is open to everyone who works in partnership with them or with their clients. Completing the survey will take no more than 10 minutes, taking part is voluntary and your responses will be confidential.

The survey also asks if you would like to have a short conversation with a researcher as Social Security Scotland would like to hear from as many people as possible. Please feel free to share this survey with others.

IIf you would like to speak to a researcher directly instead of completing the survey you can contact Social Security Scotland by emailing [email protected] or phone 0800 029 4974, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.
