Contract: This post is funded until the end of 2022 with the potential for extension.
Job Details:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an existing service Improving the Cancer Journey [ICJ] to support people affected by cancer across the Fife and support a Test of Change [ToC] project exploring the Holistic Needs Assessment approach with other long term health conditions. You will act as the central point of contact for the service across the whole of the Fife and provide support to the ICJ Programme Manager and the small Project Team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with a range of partners across health and social care, local authority, third sector and users and carers.
Whilst this post is based within Fife Council, due to COVID-19, a substantial period of flexible home working will be required.
