The Village Cafe - Ceres Community Cafe is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to work with the Manager and volunteers to take the Community Cafe forward as it enters its fourth year serving the Village.
The Assistant Manager should:
- be community focussed and has a passion for working in a Community Cafe;
- be hardworking and can work as part of a team;
- able to work to consistent high standards;
- be a good communicator;
- be able to pay attention to detail;
- be able to suggest new ideas for improvement; and
- have a can-do attitude.
