    Post:  Community Pantry Development Worker

    Hours: 09 hours per week

    Location: St Luke's Scottish Episcopal Church, Auchmuty, Glenrothes

    Contract: This is a fixed-term post funded initially to December 2023

    St Luke's Scottish Episcopal Church, Auchmuty, Glenrothes has a perfect opportunity for a part-time Community Pantry Development Worker to join its Peace 'n' Jam team, a community project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Its team is looking for a self-motivated individual who can work as part of a small but dynamic team, is professional, community-centred, and flexible and solution-focussed in their approach and who recognises the social value of food. The role includes coordinating and growing the Community Pantry initiative, overseeing the daily running and operational delivery of the Community Pantry using a "hands on" approach and to recruit and train local people to become pantry volunteers.
