    Post: Business Support Assistant

    Hours: 35 hours per week, but also have the flexibility to work hours in addition to this where required.

    Salary: £17,290.00 per annum

    Location: Kirkcaldy

    The Cottage Family Centre seeks an efficient and self-organised Business Support Assistant with experience of office administration systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the main office reception and administrative support service. You will be expected to be competent in working with Microsoft based software, have a flexible approach, a good team worker and have the ability to work independently. As the first point of contact, you must also have a friendly and approachable manner.

    The individual must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

    Minimum Qualifications required are:

    • HNC in Administration and Information Technology.
    • HNC in Business Management or other relevant qualification.

    This post will be subject to a PVG Scheme Record check and 2 references.
