    The Sunflower Hub is a peer-led, informal and accessible space for individuals of all ages to come together to discuss and explore mental wellbeing. The Hubs will offer individuals a chance to chat and connect with others, increasing their resilience through recognising and building on strengths, accessing tools and resources to help self manage their own and others mental health and wellbeing, alongside opportunities for 1to1 support, group discussions, workshops and activities.

    The Sunflower Hubs are available now at the Lochgelly Centre, Lochgelly on Monday, 12:00 - 16:00, The YMCA, Cupar on Wednesday 0900 - 12:30 and The Cosmos Centre, St. Andrew’s on Thursday 12:00 - 16:00.
