    Salary: £25,522 FTE

    Location: Dunfermline

    Fife Carers Centre is looking to recruit a Hospital Carer Support Worker to join its team. You will be working as part of the Fife Carers Centre Hospital Carer Support Workers team covering hospitals in Fife. This post is based primarily at the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline. You'll be working with hospital staff to connect with family and unpaid carers of patients and will then work with those carers to identify and address concerns and develop ways in which you can help them in their caring role. The goal being a successful and supported sustained discharge of the person they care for and improving their own confidence and knowledge.
