    Thistle Neurological Wellbeing Service offers remote support for people living with neurological conditions.

    It offers:

    • Phone or video-based one-to-one wellbeing coaching.
    • Support to develop a wellbeing plan.
    • Online group-based Lifestyle Management courses.
    • Online Mindfulness courses.

    Its team is now able to accept self-management support referrals from you and your team as it now has a data-sharing agreement in place with NHS Fife.  It has two referral pathways 1) professionals can refer directly via e-mail attaching the referral form and 2) patients can self-refer by phone or e-mail.
