News/Events Category: Funding and FinanceNHS Fife's Fife Psychology Service is running a Compassionate, Connected and Effective teams workshop, which is open to third sector organisations, with the only criteria being that attendees must have a role where they manage or lead others.
Fife Psychology Staff Support Service alongside Transforming Psychological Trauma Implementation Co-ordinators are pleased to offer a 2 1/2 hour online workshop to explore compassionate and trauma-informed leadership.
This workshop is developed with operational managers and organisational leaders in mind and aims to:
- Consider our needs as workers at work.
- Discuss the benefits - to workers and organisations - of trauma-informed and compassionate workplaces.
- Explore what compassionate and trauma informed leadership looks and feels like - for leaders and for workers.
- Take time to think about what compassionate and trauma-informed leadership might mean in real terms for your own team or service.
- Make space to think about your own needs as a compassionate leader.
- Identify your hopes for your team and your future intentions as a compassionate leader.
The workshop takes place from 13:30 - 16:00 on the following dates: are:
