  • The Corra Foundation - Winter Support Small Grants Fund

    Created: 13/01/2022

The Corra Foundation's Winter Support Small Grants Fund aims to provide small grants to charities and community groups across Scotland who can pass the funding on to families and individuals on low incomes.

The organisation expects that successful applicants to this fund will be organisations that are already supporting families and individuals on low incomes through other activities. This might include projects such as children’s groups, lunch clubs, churches/faith groups, youth groups, food pantries/banks.

Examples of what cash payments or vouchers could cover:

    • food/essential items
    • fuel costs
    • phone/internet costs
    • warm clothing
    • extra costs over the holiday season (for example gifts for children)
    • other essentials that you can show are needed by the people you support

    Who can apply?

Charities, community groups and social enterprises that can demonstrate that they support families and individuals on low incomes within their local area, and can demonstrate how they will reach families and individuals and have a clear plan to distribute vouchers/cash to them.

    How to apply?

Apply online via the Corra Foundation's website.

    When to apply?

The fund will close on 02 February 2022.
