    Post: Business Support Assistant

    Hours: 17.5 hours per week, but also have the flexibility to work hours in addition to this where required.

    Salary: £8,645.00

    Contract: Temporary post

    Location: Cawdor Crescent, Kirkcaldy

    The Cottage Family Centre was established in 1987. The focus of the work at the Centre is to provide a range of support to those families and individuals within family units who are vulnerable to social exclusion as a result of factors such as poverty, unemployment, poor housing, relationship breakdown, drug and alcohol problems and health related issues.

    The organisation is looking for an efficient and self-organised Business Support Assistant with experience of office administration systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reception and administrative support service. You will be expected to be competent in working with Microsoft based software, have a flexible approach, be a good team worker and have the ability to work independently.

    The individual must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Minimum Qualifications required are a HNC in Administration and Information Technology or HNC in Business Management. This post will be subject to a PVG Scheme Record check and two references.
