James Hair, Chair of the Association of Businesses in Cupar & District (ABCD) has stated that:

The Cupar North development represents the single biggest ever investment project the town has experienced in its history.

The developer has recently updated its plans and a representation window has opened, closing on 10 February 2022.

We consider it is important that the views of businesses on how the plans will affect the town are clearly recorded. ABCD has therefore put together this short survey to enable us to collate members’ views with a view to submitting a collective representation.

Please take the time to complete and return your response by close on 06 February 2022 at the latest.

The planning application can be viewed on the Fife Planning portal via this link."
