  • Families First - Volunteer Coordinator

    Hours: 22 hours per week

    Salary: £20,798 - £23,761 pro rata

    Contract: Fixed term contract January 2022 to 31 March 2024 (this could be extended depending on successful funding applications)

    Families First require a suitably qualified person to work closely with its senior management team to take the lead on all volunteer recruitment and retention processes and to ensure volunteers receive an excellent experience whilst volunteering with the charity.

    Duties will include recruitment, induction, training, managing confidential records, networking and supporting the Trustees with Friends of Families First. Applicants should read the Job Description and Person Specification fully to ensure they have the skills to fulfill the role. The post is subject to Protection Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.
