    Post: Senior Asset Management Assistant 

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary:  £26,898 - £29,619 

    Location: Glenrothes

    Contract: (Temporary 9 month contract)

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. 

    KHA's Asset Management department consists of technical, maintenance and estate management services, plus a large team of trade operatives.

    This role involves: Administrative support lead for the management of the day-to-day work of the in-house repairs team, ensuring all diaries are up to date and work is scheduled accordingly. Work within the department to provide excellent customer care, administration and support services as well as identifying and implementing process changes to improve the service provided.

    You will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases and G Suite packages. You should have experience dealing directly with customers and providing excellent service. Planning and organising both your own workload and that of your team is essential. You must be a confident communicator, have the confidence to make difficult decisions, work to tight deadlines and be an effective team contributor who is adaptable and keen to learn new skills. Although a driving license is not essential for this post, this and access to your own transport would be desirable. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
