    Hours: 38 per week

    Salary:  24 -28 (26,898 - 30,592)

    Location: Glenrothes

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. It has plans for a significant expansion of our housing stock over the next five years.

    The in-house maintenance team carries out repairs and maintenance works in KHA's properties. You will be expected to work at and from any KHA properties throughout East Central Scotland.

    You will carry out maintenance work in properties. You should be a qualified joiner and should also be able and willing to carry out some limited multi-trade works when required such as basic plumbing work or similar. You will carry out periodic inspections, repairs and alterations to our housing stock and offices. Several years of experience in a maintenance environment is desirable. You will be required to participate in the out-of-hours emergency on call rota for which an additional allowance will be paid. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and enthusiasm for your work and should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team of multi-skilled operatives. A van will be provided therefore a full UK driving license is essential. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check. We
