NHS Fife - Health and Wellbeing survey
NHS Fife is asking the Kingdom’s residents to join the conversation and take part in a survey to gauge individuals’ attitudes to health and wellbeing – starting conversations with individuals, community groups, partners and stakeholders across the Kingdom sharing views on local services now and in the future.
The survey launches on Monday 6 December and is open to anyone aged 16 or over who currently lives in Fife. For more information and how to access the survey click here.
The results of the survey will be used to create a foundation to inform further targeted conversations next year to support the ongoing development of the NHS Fife Health and Wellbeing Strategy and any actions needed in response to the feedback received
