    Head Outdoors, coordinated by Fife Employment Access Trust and Falkland Estate, offers sessions that give those over 16 years of age who wish to explore health and well-being the opportunity to discover the outdoors - activities will include nature walking, conservation, bushcraft and gardening.

    The sessions are held at Falkland Estate, a beautiful part of the Kingdom and they will be facilitated by staff from Fife Employment Access Trust and Falkland Centre for Stewardship.

    Future sessions will be held on  08 December 2021  and 02 February 2022.
