Togetherall is an evidence-based, clinically moderated, 24/7 online peer-to-peer Mental Health Community, commissioned by Fife Council and is freely available to those aged 16-24 (26 if care experienced).

    What does it offer?

Members join the community anonymously for support with a wide range of mental health and wellbeing issues, from anxiety, depression, and isolation to relationship issues and lifestyle challenges.

Togetherall supports immediate and longer-term mental health or situational distress, enabling members to feel more in control of their emotional health. Its philosophy of early intervention aims to improve the mental wellbeing of our members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to manage their own journey to improving their mental health.

In addition to the community, members have the safety and accessibility of Wall Guides who are trained mental health professionals and are there to make sure everyone remains safe and supported. They are available 24/7/365.

It offers a range of activities that allow you to work through what's troubling you:

    • Community: Forums where people help people. Share thoughts and join a Talkabout alongside fellow members to share and discuss what's on your mind, gain support and advice. There are also Drawings tools to enable the creative expression of difficult emotions.
    • Courses: In addition to the community, members have access to a wealth of resources and self-help courses covering all mental health and lifestyle topics from ‘Coping with Grief and Loss, to Problem Solving, Health Anxiety and ‘How to stop Procrastinating’.
    • Resources: access to a library of articles which can help you understand more about how you are feeling, learn new skills and improve your wellbeing, as well as Self-assessments, widely used in healthcare settings, to understand more about yourself and to track your progress, as well as online journaling and action trackers to personalise your journey.
    • Signposting: Information on Fife-wide resources, support, services and events that support the mental health of young people and their families.

    How to register?

Any young person living in Fife aged 16-24 (26 if care experienced) can sign up from the launch date on 29 November 2021 by visiting the togetherall website.
