Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. It is now looking to recruit an ICT Systems Administrator to enhance its ICT capability. As an ICT Systems Administrator, you will provide support to all of CARF's IT infrastructure and communication systems including the identification and resolution of incidents and issues. The post holder will also be expected to pro-actively, alongside the ICT Manager, input into the development of the ICT service to meet and/or exceed the expectations of the business and service users, and both upgrade and implement new and existing systems and services.
