    Salary: £25,000 plus 8% pension (with the organisation contributing 7%)

    Working Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days)
    Duration:  Two year fixed term contract
    Location: Glenrothes
    Reporting to: Employability Development Manager

    Fife Voluntary Action (FVA) is the third sector interface for the Fife Council area. We are an independent charity that receives funding from key public sector agencies to ensure the third sector is robust, resilient, and delivers high-quality services for the people of Fife.

    From Struggle to Strength supports people with lived experience of poverty or trauma as a result of poor mental health and/or unemployment through the combined work of our Lived Experience Team and Mental Health Peer Support Network. The successful applicant will have personal experience of mental health challenges and lead on coordinating recruitment, activities, and support for the Lived Experience Team volunteers.
