News/Events Category: General NewsBritish Exploring Society is a youth development charity and its mission is to help young people to have equal access to challenging learning and adventure in wild, remote locations as essential preparation for confident adult life.
The organisation was founded on the belief that challenging experiences can transform lives, empowering and equipping young people with the courage, skills, resilience and determination to make the most of their future.
The UK Explorers Spring Expedition offers an exciting opportunity for young people aged 14 - 17 in Fife to take part in an expedition in the Scottish Highlands. Young people will spend 11 nights under the stars and find adventure and awe-inspiring sights amongst the mountains of Scotland while carrying out science and media projects

Location: Scottish Highlands
Dates: Easter Holidays, 04 April - 15 April 2022 (training weekend 18 - 20 February 2022)
Fundraising Challenge: Means-tested model. The Society give young people fundraising targets which are fair and accessible to them. (Please e-mail [email protected] for more info).
