    Post: Initial Assessment Practitioner

    Hours: 21 hours/week (flexible work pattern) 

    Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience (pro rata),  

    Contract: 1-year fixed term (likely to be extended subject to funding) 

    Location: Central Falkirk                          

    Due to the continued development of Falkirk’s Mental Health Association (FDAMH) and increased demand for its services, the organisations seeks applications from people with a formal qualification in mental health, social work, counselling or equivalent, with demonstrable experience in conducting person-centred, holistic mental health and wellbeing and/or counselling assessments to join its successful team as an Initial Assessment Practitioner. This post requires a person with considerable experience, resilience, empathy and a clear understanding of how social, environmental and health and wellbeing factors impact on an individual’s whole life and that of their family and social contacts.
