    FVA Lunchtime Learning sessions to support third sector in Fife

    FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local third sector providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.

    FVA’s Lived Experience Team works to ensure that the voices of those with personal experience of mental health challenges, unemployment or trauma are directly involved in service design, review and delivery, bringing vital personal knowledge of how it feels to use public and third sector services.

    The team is composed of volunteers from a wide variety of backgrounds and at this session Anne Fearfull, FVA Lived Experience Team Coordinator and volunteers from the Lived Experience Team will tell us:

    • Why having the benefit of real experience in using services matters when designing services;
    • What the Lived Experience Team can bring to your research projects;
    • How things have changed in the organisations the Lived Experience Team have worked with;
    • How things have changed for the volunteers making up the Lived Experience Team since joining.
