Salary: 22,688 - 25,384 per annum (pro rata)(position on scale is dependent on experience)
Contract: This post is currently funded for one year.
Fife Women's Aid (FWA) is looking for a part-time Women's Support Worker to provide short-term practical and emotional support to women, children and young people with experience of domestic abuse. Candidates should have a good understanding of working with people who have experienced trauma, have experience in providing direct support and have excellent communication skills. The successful applicant(s) will have at least SVQ Level III or equivalent level of qualification in social care or other relevant subject, or equivalent experience and willingness to work towards a qualification.
