    Post: Payroll Advisor

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £23,951 - £26,042 per annum

    Location: Glenrothes

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Advisor to join its team and have a key impact on the smooth running of the Payroll Team. Your role will involve:

    • supporting the Lead Payroll Officer with monthly salaries;
    •  making relevant changes to the HR and Payroll system to a high standard of accuracy as well as ensuring all maternity, paternity processing is correct for statutory payments;
    • assist with pension administration in line with Government Workplace Auto-enrolment and Pension Scheme;
    • generate monthly reports for checking and reconciling the monthly payrolls, perform first check of the reports; and
    • make any corrections if required before handing over to the Lead Payroll Officer.

    You will have:

    • proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases and software packages such as Google Suite; and
    • excellent attention to detail, be a confident communicator and a positive and supportive team contributor.

    It is essential that you have the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
