    Post: Education Worker

    Hours: 35 hrs p/w full time

    Salary: £23,674 - £24,406 per annum

    Fife Young Carers is looking for a creative and energetic individual, with experience of working with vulnerable children and young people. The successful candidate will have great communication and organisational skills and be able to work sensitively with children and young people.

    The post-holder will be responsible for assisting in the identification and support of young carers in schools. The main duties will include the planning and delivery of awareness-raising sessions for both pupils and school staff as well as the development of relevant support networks in school. To achieve this the post-holder will be required to form links between Fife Education Directorate and Fife Young Carers.

    The positions are subject to an enhanced disclosure check.
