    The Shared Measurement Framework Key Questions Paper  - supporting the delivery of the No-One Left Behind strategy - is now available.  It aims to enable a consistent approach to measuring the reach and effectiveness of employability services and provide a common understanding of what is working for people at national, local and individual programme levels.
