    Kingdom Housing Association's (KHA) Community Initiatives Fund supports projects in the communities where it operates. Projects should fit with the following themes:

    • Tenant, resident and community projects.
    • Training and Employment.
    • Energy Efficiency and the Environment.
    • Education and School initiatives.
    • Public Art.

    Applications can be submitted by tenants, residents in the community, clubs, schools, voluntary groups and others who are promoting community projects.

    Who can apply?

    Projects where KHA operates can apply. Applications can be submitted by tenants, residents in the community, clubs, schools, voluntary groups and others who are promoting community projects

    When to apply?

    Applications will normally be considered within one month of receipt.
