Fife Centre for Equalities (FCE) is a registered charity, dedicated to the promotion, support, training and advocacy of equality, diversity, and inclusion with the aim of making Fife a more equal and fairer place to live, work and study.
FCE is seeking a Chief Executive with the experience, knowledge and credibility in the equality, diversity, inclusion, and human rights arena to continue to lead and drive forward the work of FCE.
As Chief Executive, you will lead and manage a small team of staff and volunteers in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives, shaping and implementing plans, monitoring and reporting progress, and maintaining effective systems and structures.
