News/Events Category: General NewsLink Living are running a series of face-to-face workshops at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy for 15-22 year olds in Fife on Independent Living Skills and Self-Care.
This will be a rolling program starting on 27th September, with young people invited to attend as many or as little of the workshops as they wish.
Lunch will be provided for those attending both the morning and afternoon sessions and travel vouchers can also be arranged if required.
Workshop topics will include:

- Conflict Resolution
- Stress Management
- Emotions
- Mindset & Perception
- Distraction & Relaxation Techniques
Independent Living Skills
- Finances and Budgeting
- Rights and Responsibilities
- Home Safety
- Anti-Social Behaviour
- Looking After Your Home
- Planning for the Future
Note: The entire programme will repeated three times until 07 December 2021
