Fife Private Rental Solutions (FPRS) is an advice hub offering assistance and guidance to the public in relation to the Private Rented Sector. A Tenancy Management Officer is required to join its innovative team on a part-time basis.
The role is diverse, but will deal primarily with offering advice and guidance to clients regarding their tenancy including liaising with landlords, move ins/move outs and offering housing/benefit advice. FPRS is looking for an applicant who has experience in the Housing sector preferably educated to SVQ II in Housing (or another relevant discipline) and is able to build positive relationships with a range of people.
