KHA is looking for a motivated and organised person to join it Customer Contact Team, which is a one-stop-shop for customers who wish to obtain housing information and advice, discuss or pay accounts, provide advice and discuss any tenancy issues, report or obtain advice on repairs and neighbour/service complaints. As a member of the team, you will be dealing with a high volume of telephone and e-mail enquiries from our customers. You should be educated to HNC/SVQ 3 level.

The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be required to complete a satisfactory basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.

For more information/to apply, please visit KHA's website. The closing date for applications is 15 September 2021.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, interviews are likely to be held by video call (further information on this format to all those invited to interview). KHA is committed to contributing to the eradication of homelessness. As part of that, it particularly welcome applications from people who are currently registered homeless or have been in the last 12 months. It will guarantee shortlisting to any applicant who meets that criteria and the essential criteria for the vacancy. If you wish your application to be considered under the scheme, please state this under "Supporting information" on your application form.
